Process for Exchange:

Provide your order number and the items you wish to exchange when you reach out.

Products need to be returned via courier service, addressed under the name DRAXE.

There are no delivery charges if the exchanged item is the same article. If you opt for a different product, standard delivery fees will apply.

Refunds:

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via Bank Transfer, Easy Paisa, or Jazz Cash.
